IPTV MAG Box Setup Guide (2026) – Configure IPTV on MAG Devices

Configure IPTV on MAG 254, 322, 420, and 524 set-top boxes. Portal URL setup, MAC address registration, and troubleshooting tips.

MAG boxes are dedicated IPTV set-top boxes that provide a seamless TV-like experience.

Compatible MAG Models

  • MAG 254 / 256
  • MAG 322 / 324
  • MAG 420 / 424
  • MAG 524 / 524w

    • Setup Steps

  • Connect your MAG box to your TV and internet
  • Go to Settings > System Settings > Servers
  • Select Portals
  • In Portal 1 Name, enter: My IPTV Canada
  • In Portal 1 URL, enter the portal URL we provide
  • Save and restart the box
  • The channel list will load automatically

    • MAC Address Registration

  • Your MAG box has a unique MAC address (found in Settings > Device Info)
  • Send us your MAC address via WhatsApp so we can activate your subscription
  • Once registered, your box will connect automatically

    • Troubleshooting

  • If channels don't load, go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals and verify the URL
  • Restart the box after any changes
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable (minimum 25 Mbps recommended)
