TV and streaming devices
Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Android TV and Formuler devices use different players and setup steps. A Smart TV’s support depends on its model, operating system and available apps.
Phones, tablets and computers
Ask the team about a suitable player for your iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Windows PC or Mac. Separate third-party app purchases, where needed, should be confirmed before you order.
Internet and picture quality
Stream quality depends on the available feed, your device and your connection. Use Ethernet where practical, test Wi-Fi near your screen and wait to choose a plan until the trial works at your usual viewing time.
Connection options for simultaneous viewing
With one connection, stop playback and log out before moving to another device. For simultaneous viewing, ask support whether the selected plan provides separate credentials for each device.
Amazon Fire TV and Firestick
Most Firestick and Fire TV models run a player app installed with the Downloader app. Some newer Fire TV models run Vega OS, which does not allow apps from outside the Amazon store, so tell us your exact model before you order. Step-by-step help is in our Firestick setup guide.
Samsung and LG smart TVs
Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) TVs install players from their own app stores. Some of these apps charge their own yearly activation fee, which is separate from your plan. Compare the options in Samsung and LG IPTV apps.
Apple TV, iPhone and iPad
Apple TV 4K, iPhone and iPad use player apps from the App Store. Older Apple TV HD units may not receive new app versions, so check your model first. See the Apple TV setup guide.
Roku
Roku cannot install most IPTV players. The simple fix is a low-cost streaming stick or Android TV box plugged into the same TV. We explain the options in IPTV on Roku in Canada.
MAG and Formuler boxes
MAG boxes and Formuler devices sign in with a portal address linked to the box’s MAC address, printed on a label under the box. Send us the MAC address on WhatsApp and we set it up with you.
How many devices can I install on?
You can install the service on as many devices as you like. The number of connections on your plan (1 to 4) is how many of them can play at the same time. Not sure how many you need? Read how many IPTV connections you need.
